Club Orange is walk-up only for those with the Club Orange option as well as both Neptune and Pinnacle Suites occupants.

Sorry to be dense but are you saying I can do a walk-in at club orange as a Neptune Suite guest, even though I did not pay the Club Orange extra fee?  May I bring guests, if so?

You will like your NS Neptune Suite. We are in 7060 right now. NS Neptune Suites are slightly smaller than those I have had on HA ships. If you are sailing in warm weather you can enjoy your CO meals on your balcony just put your order in with the NS concierge prior to kitchen opening. The balcony is also slightly smaller but it works.  Lots of wonderful special meals available through CO special selections. Orange plate Club Orange selection. We carry our own wine aboard. You will like the New Statendam.  This has been the best food on a HA ship but we are at less than 50% capacity. Still aboard if you have any other questions.

Being in a Neptune Suite automatically puts you in Club Orange.  No need to pay the extra fee.  Unfortunately, no guests who are not Club Orange members.

One time I booked a Neptune guarantee and tried to purchase Club Orange (to be able to pick my cabin) but HAL would not allow it, saying we already had it.  I guess their computers could not handle it.

Wow!  Looks amazing.  Can you have breakfast at CO, Pinnacle, or both?  Also, I know you said you’re at 50%, but is there a wait for dinner to eat in CO?  Where is it located?

thank you and enjoy the rest of your cruise!

On the NS, breakfast for Neptunes in in CO (no option to go to Pinnacle).  On the non-Pinnacle class ships, it is in the Pinnacle.

Thanks for the confirmation, VMax!  Kind of a rip off IMO.  I'll just have to watch what I order, or fall back to my usual - no drinks pkg, pay as I go.

Have you checked the list of brands?  There are some good ones in the $11 range.

Thinking of doing the same dinner on the balcony in a few weeks.  Question - can you do it for 4 people?  Also, can you order off of the Club Orange menu?

Yes, club orange is included for Neptune Suite guests and the breakfast replaces the Pinnacle Grill breakfast that they have on the older ships. Only Club Orange & Neptune Suite guests can dine in C.O. You cannot bring someone who is not entitled to dine there otherwise. They do not take reservations and you can just walk in. My last cruise I never waited but we also had less than 50% capacity on the ship so that helped I am sure.

Considering HAL for 2023. If I buy the "Have it All" with signature bev. package, with my cruise fare, can I upgrade to the Elite level to get drinks up to $15 included?

Yes you can. It is only available to do onboard (I think $10 or $15 a day up charge).

It's pretty easy to stay under the $11 price cap for just about everything except some of the wines and top shelf spirits.

We found the space on our NS suite deck a bit smaller than other Neptune Suite decks. 4 can fit but it will take a little effort to get everyone in the space.  We really found that the food from CO was superior for room service.  We always ordered for sail away so we ordered before 5 in the lounge. We asked for 5:30 but sometimes the custom prepared CO entree slowed our order and they call us to let us know.
