Bonsai Teppenyaki reservation at 1:45. Will do some exploring prior. 
 

Went up to 11 aft after I woke up for a quick smoke, ended up in convo with a group of 5 for an hour. “Mahk from Massachusetts” was offering his thc pen for anyone that wanted it. 😮‍💨

Such good conversations almost every time I’ve sat up there. Cool to hear everyone’s stories and perspectives on things. We’ve had to say a few times though - no politics on the ship!!!!

After my pizza last night I wandered around for a bit as I felt restless (remember that impromptu nap I took). The way this ship is cleaned too to bottom in the middle of the night!!! Every nook and cranny is mopped, polished, vacuumed, sprayed, you name it. It became a bit of a maze as many corridors were blocked off. Was also amazed by how many people were up and about. The cleaning though, super impressive. Hats off to Carnival.

Looking forward to what you think of Teppanyaki! I was thinking of making reservations on the Monday night of our 8 day in May! We loved it on the Mardi Gras!

Is that first pic taken from the smoking section on deck 11? Just trying to get an idea of where the hubs can smoke. When you first boarded did you have to wait till sailaway to smoke or was there somewhere to smoke? Thanks!

You can smoke on 11 midship on the starboard side, 11 aft on the starboard side and on deck 5 forward starboard side. 11 midship is always crowded and hard to find a seat sometimes, some people campout there and don't use it to smoke and leave, 11 aft is second busiest, and deck 5 forward is usually the least busy. He can also smoke in the casino but some have removed the casino bar so it's not the nightly hot spot like it used to be. Have a great cruise!

If you’re talking about the lido pics - the last 3 are from smoking section. I’ll take pics of each and post.

OMG YOU GUYS!!!! Teppenyaki was AMAZING!!! I can’t recommend it enough. The chefs are absolutely hilarious and entertaining. The food was good (if you compare to BH it’s just missing that signature garlic butter taste). The presentation was awesome. Just wow. $15. Crazy. I tipped $50 because honestly. What a crew! I have pictures of everything I’ll post very soon. We were seated at 1:45, walking out at 3. Very efficient. I would recommend dinner over lunch because I can’t possibly see how I’ll have room for dinner. I have Steakhouse at 8:30.

Loving your review so far!!  We are on the next 8 day sailing of the Horizon on March 19th.  Same itinerary with the exception of going to Bonaire rather than Curacao.  My daughter is going to spend all week at that gelato station LoL!!!

Pretty sure we just hit a whale or five. And my cabana door won’t open again (I’m just not strong enough) and is making this loud tapping noise from the wind. Nbd. Ok, all the pics!!!! I wanted to block out peoples faces first. I am allergic to basically anything from the sea so they subbed out the tuna and shrimp app for edamame and a cucumber / avocado roll. I got the filet and chicken. The desserts… wow, just wow. Matcha ice cream, pistachio cake, pomegranate soup, crème brûlée tart, chocolate marquise, chocolate covered strawberry. Amazing.
