Suites Concierge

To preface this, we booked super last minute and that could be the issue. We board on Sunday and haven’t heard from the Suites Concierge yet. How do we go about reaching out to them? I know our last few cruises (prior to COVID) we heard from them a good seven days out, but so far, crickets. TIA!

I have never received an email from the SL concierge until the Monday before I board, (when boarding is on a Sunday).   Never any more than 6 days in advance.  Embarkation day is a very busy day...the next day gives them time to do paperwork/emails and to check the next manifest.  Usually see them working on that the next morning...when suites guests are sleeping in.  

 

 

Hang in there for a day, you should receive it by today or tomorrow at the latest.
