I just had to call to add an excursion as the on line booking function was not functioning. (pun intended). I was referred to this phone number after calling CC phone number. She said this is a good number for booking any type of on board package. 800-722-5941 Wait was maybe 3 minutes.

Good to know.  Celebrity (among others) has been experiencing staffing issues in recent months and reaching the right people via phone and then being on hold for extended periods has been an issue.
