Wouldn’t be surprised if it was deemed too dangerous to refuel in the narrowing channel near T29, especially as daylight fades.

Not sure why they couldn't refuel earlier, they have been docked there since very early in the morning.

I think refueling is from shoreside pipes.  Since Edge was port to instead of starboard to I wonder if it only is set up to load fuel port side.

@Ipeeinthepools

I just heard from a friend on board:

The captain came on and said we’re moving to 19 to work on a mechanical issue. That’s why we were moved to Terminal 25 this morning instead of 29. We’re not overly concerned…yet. Lol Fingers crossed!

Not sure why the Edge hasn’t left yet. On the Equinox now. Was told there was a problem with the pipes in tge crew area. Making repairs now.  Captain expects to make up the time tomorrow. At 8:30 he stated  it would be a few more hours. Shops and casinos remain closed.

Just glad to be on board.

Looks like Edge is finally leaving.  Hopefully the Port schedule is getting updated because right now the Equinox departure has been removed completely.

It’s been changed to tomorrow at 10:22 pm.  Hope that’s a typo!

I’ve noticed that the last four or five times that I have seen the Edge on cam at night that the magic carpet frame is no longer lit. Guess the frame lighting has bit the dust.

I believe the FLL airport actually asked they don’t light it at night in port. It’s incredibly bright.

On Equinox.  No real info. Captain said we should make all ports. Deck 3 forward had been flooded in some areas and they have blowers drying the carpets. Stinks.

Shops and casino closed of course so a bit boring.

Thx for info about burst pipe.

Noone knows anything on board including general crew.

Just got off Equinox yesterday... late afternoon on Saturday the showers by the pool had no water (didn't work) and the water in the bathrooms was a trickle...   water came back after a little bit.  All front elevators were out of service starting Saturday evening... still weren't working when we docked on Sunday morning.   I heard no announcements about the situation.  Plenty of not very happy people about the elevator situation.   We arrived very late assisted by tugs.

We received a notice on March 10th that we would be coming back to Terminal 29 not Terminal 25 where we left from.  Yesterday morning there was another notice saying we were now going to return to Terminal 29.   Sounds like they were having quite the logistical nightmare having to move ships around.  According to the porters they didn't find out until after 7 am that we returning to a different dock.

I hope they got everything fixed!   Had a WONDERFUL cruise!   According to the staff there will be 500 more people this cruise than the previous one..
