I am trying to find out if when you book air through Celebrity Air do you get the credit for the ticket amount in your Delta Skymile account MQD's?

We have gotten them for our bookings on American.

Yes.  Once you get the conf. # you'll need to login to delta and manually add the flight to your account.  If there isn't a difference in fare thought, I'd book directly with the airline because FBC charges a $200 change fees after final payment.
