Sadly, the ledge/counter with the plates isn't really big enough for those giant handled utensils.  When put on the plates correctly, since there's not enough room to hang them left or right, then stick over the edge and the people continually knock them on the floor as they press their noses to glass/plastic viewing section.  There really should be a better system.

The crowds are not that bad , usually on port days.

I spent the last two weeks on Allure, I have seen first hand what it is like in WJ.  It is designed for self service.  There is not enough room  in those serving stations for servers. Basically , you get to eat what you can get access to, not what would really like to have.
