Dock or Tender

Going to Rhodes, Santorini, Mykonos and Crete in June.  Can anybody tell me if these are tender or docked ports.

I believe Santorini and Mykonos are tender ports , just google it.

Yes. Any port can be a tender port, if the docking capability is exceeded. Mykonos is an example of that, and I think larger ships always tender. Santorini is a tender port. Crete and Rhodes are docking. 

 

Your cruise line usually indicates this somewhere in their itinerary info.

Santorini is only tender unless you are in one of the  Greek cruise lines such as Celestyal.

Mykonos can be either.

Crete is the name of the entire (and rather large) island, which has at least four different ports where cruise ships stop. Which one does your cruise include?

Do not just Google it.  The problem is that even the cruise line's own web pages may give misleading information.  You need to look at your confirmation that you received when you've booked.

 

All cruise ships tender at Santorini.

 

At Mykonos, you can either tender or dock.
