Food served aren't your top-rated 5 stars dining nor do we expect it to be, just a great, good meal with choices. That met our expectations, exceeding it often if not always ... what can one ask for.  Be happy & go easy, that's why the staff loved to see us. Besides, it's carefree - no grocery headache, no food prep & cooking, or taking out garage and washing dishes.

A clean room, freshly washed & folded laundry, free & cheerfully returned in a wicker basket.  Our steward took it downstairs after 6 pm last night, and it's back at 1 pm today.  We can do another load free this week before we disembark, among the best & useful perk to us.

Great info. I can’t wait to get on in a few days. Can you clear up for me is the casino smoking or does the casino have the mini casino smoking box? I’ve heard various things from people.

I can tell you: the casino is smoking.  All of it, all of the time.  Even if you don't smoke, it's like they light one up for you anyway.  It's really brutal.

The Casino has no non-smoking area, you can smoke anywhere in the Casino (I was on this ship in early March).

Our balcony (BB - 1127x) on Deck 11 AFT right near the elevator is great, quiet for us with quick access to everything. It's extended out slightly from the main hull, allowing us to see forward & back. The only item we wish for, are bedside USB charging ports - bring a 15' USB extension cable as a 10' one might be a bit short.

BTW, balconies on both sides next to us are empty this week, actually quite a few on the entire corridor of ours were vacant this week.

Casino questions - areas like the gaming machines & tables by Shanghai Noodles are designated non-smoking by posted signature. It still smell of nicotine odor while we are at the noodles counter. KN95 or KF94 masks properly fit-tested would be very useful and needed around that area, as the basic 3-ply surgical or cotton face mask wouldn't help.

Is NCL providing any masks??

They did on our cruise in Feb 2022.

Latest WiFi info, discounts do no stack together or given when upgrading from free minutes.

Free breakfast door hangers, until 9:30 to 10 am except disembarking morning.

Water package discounts & Pressing Services at 50% off on embarkation day only.

@www3traveler Dock DJ Part Music on the pier, 4 to 5 pm - although, Sky is on the other pier - can't exactly directly compete ... not really hearing them with the pier construction noises.

@FlGoodShips - not to my best knowledge, probably could ask for one as I am sure they got plentiful for the crew as they are still required to wear KN95 mask (black ones) while onboard.

Spice H2O on the Norwegian Getaway is the first to officially bring back the Latitudes Reception in the fleet, and Dine with the Officers this week. No behind the scene tours yet.  There were 2 ambassadors cruising this week, introduced by Mike Smith, the CruiseNext manager.  Also, mentioned earlier - 88 Sapphire members.

Moderno wasn't busy tonight, even though we went early but immediately following the Latitudes Reception. We skipped the soup at the salad bar and tried not to fill up the plates, and ate a light supper.  Smoked salmon is good. Finished off the 1/2 bottle of wine, Mrs M is sleepy now and will likely go to sleep early instead of ...

Thanks for the info! Disappointing, but I'll deal with it. I'm boarding this ship on Sunday right after you on a cruise compliments of the Casino, so I'll have to be in there at least a bit!

I just cruised last month on Celebrity Millennium on another comp casino cruise and they took the opposite approach - no smoking at all in the casino. Made for a much more pleasant time in the casino.

We already missed the sunshine this morning, 75 degrees F & seas moderate at 8 ft. with tiny white wavelets, doing 17 knots way out in the Atlantic, off north Florida coast.

Stateroom's interactive TV menu looks like this, it's resolution set to 720p, not 1080p.

A sample of 28 PPV movies, $9.95 each.

Late breakfast time & check out the shopping area.

Notice the beautiful Straw Market is gone?  Now it makes sense they never used any of our port money to maintain or clean it.

Did you go into Nassau at all, wondering if main bars were still closed, asking for someone on MSC boards.

We've yet to really checkout the Waterfront but these chairs on Deck 8 looked real comfortable, cozy and good for small talks - no chair hog problems here.  Passing thru after a light breakfast at OSH & spotted it.

Seas calm with a very gentle rocking outside Savor MDR window over lunch as we continued to sail home, cloudy skies.

A little afternoon treat delivered to our stateroom to sweeten the priority disembarkation tags & info about Sunday morning - DW said, can we stay onboard ...

Michael @CruiseNext desk said, one can ... book it now as a B2B and use 2 CN certificates too on a last minute basis.

@dexddd - never really like the Straw Market, but they are building & expanding the terminal building ... who knows, might be back again 🤫  We didn't venture far into town, just a quick walk to exercise our old seas legs - I didn't hear about bars being closed.  Besides, with easily 10,000 passengers & crew yesterday from 6 ships - it would be silly not to open up.  Mask rules remained in effect at Nassau, however.

Balcony photos from the Getaway, sun is out again ... Notice the light on the balcony & the sliding door lock on top. Tonight, we Dine with the Officers and booked the 9 pm show - Million Dollar Quartet, only 2 shows this week.

Oh, no - Disembarkation Info ... But we aren't in a hurry to leave the ship to go home 😸

What's the rush, we are going to enjoy the final morning onboard & not rushing anywhere.

Dine with the Officers earlier tonight at the Tropicana MDR  - split into 3 tables.  Our group of 5 Sapphire members were seated with the ship's Public Health Officer & Human Resources Trainee, we had a wonderful dinner with conversations.  Plenty of wine to go around.  Lots of stories, laughs to share around the table & a group photo taken as a gift for the memories.

BTW, we still received $50 OBC per stateroom for not having BTS tour and the wine tasting.

Bargain shoppers, these T-shirts are on sale for $5 each, not a typo or mistake. The others were $10 each, buy 3 and get 1 free.

Marlboro are $96 for 2 boxes, prices are up from 2 years ago - shops weren't busy either.

Million Dollar Quartet was excellent, make an onboard reservation if you wanted to see it this month, the GA Theater was quite full for the 9:30 pm show - 90 minutes long. The casts just rotated and are all new on the set.  Afterward, we stopped off at OSH for snacks - Irish American Stew (soup) and hotdog with fries.

Freestyle Dailies for Day 7 - notices the new shows listed.

Our final full sea day - day 7 ... started packing our bags, reviewing our onboard charges & credits issued.  Extra cash tips for our favorite MDR wait staff and room stewards. Trying to see if the non-elastic waistband on the pants still fit - okay, NP.

Seas remained calm at 4.9 ft. or 1 meter, just a bit chilly as we crossed the fronts, beautiful sunshine.

There's been sparodic internet log-in issued here, more about my thoughts post-cruise. We are on schedule for morning arrival & disembarkation should be easy without priority status.  Thanks all for virtually coming along with us ... the journey continues 😎🤓

P.S.  per asst dining manager, next week, expecting 2,700 guests, April 10 with 3,000 and April 27th - 4,000.  Plan according, happy cruising to all.
