I discovered this news while researching another trip to Canada.

I really messed this up.  I meant testing requirements, not vaccine requirements.  This title needs to be changed.  I will notify the moderators to get help in doing this.

Canada as of today, as well as a detailed definition of “fully vaccinated traveller” if you click on that link within the link.

I suspect that what the OP intended to state as the topic is that Canada has lifted the testing requirement for those who are fully vaccinated.
