In regards to a B2b, can you ask your RH (if in a suite) to have room service lunch in your room on the changeover day?

Sorry for my confusing matters.  The B2B credit is, as far as I know, open to anyone, not just shareholders.  Since I am getting both a B2B credit and shareholder credit on both of our cruises, I think I just lost sight of your original question.  We did have two different TAs on the 2 cruises, so we had to have each of them request the B2B credit, and we provided each with the booking number for the cruise they were not handling.

Thank you for clarifying that info.  I just called, and miraculously didn't have to wait long at all.  The rep was able to get my credit started for the second cruise.  But for the first cruise, I have to get my travel agent to call the resolutions team. (She's currently on her own cruise, and not due back until the day I sail)  Once she calls Resolutions team, they will apply the credit for my travel agent booking, which will be refunded.  I was kind of hoping for more OBC, but a refund is just fine. 

 

This right here is why I read CC.  So much info to learn.  FWIW even if you book directly with Celebrity, you still have to call in to get the cruise linked, so the credit can then be issued.

Correct, we are on a B3B Nov/Dec 2022, 11 day, 10 day and 10 day and we got an additional $100/leg for each in addition to the Celebrity non-refundable  $800/leg then the refundable OBC from our TA.  Def worth a call to Celebrity or the TA whoever the OP booked with.
