Why so few options for excursions?

Wonder of the Seas, 2/5/23. 1 excursion for St. Thomas, 2 for St. Kitts. My last cruise was 2017 aboard Oasis and I remember a lot more options. Should I book what’s available or wait to see if more are added?

Way to far in advance.  Don't worry yet.  Only book something if it is what you really want and the price is right.
