Gramma of Boys Posted April 28, 2022 #1 Share Posted April 28, 2022 When we booked our Alaska CruiseTour we received $50 pp of on board credit as part of their promotion. We book a few shore excursions through Princess and the OBC's were used on one of them. Now, due to the White Pass Railway change (which I don't believe Princess has even addressed) we decided to switch from the train/bus combo tour to a bus only one. The new tour was $70 cheaper than what we booked previously. Princess gave us a credit of $20 pp on our credit card and put the $50 OBC's back on our account. I'd really rather have had them credit the full amount back to our credit card and use up the OBC's. Is there a way for me to try to get that accomplished? Thrak Posted April 28, 2022 #2 Share Posted April 28, 2022 If the money was originally OBC then it will only be returned as OBC. One can't exchange OBC for cash.
Gramma of Boys Posted April 28, 2022 Author #3 Share Posted April 28, 2022 I understand that. I originally used the OBC to pay for a shore excursion. I was hoping I could still do that.
