Post-Cruise Surveys

What is the current status of post-cruise surveys from Princess?  Have they been discontinued, or are they running late?  It's been 4 days since disembarking the Ruby in SF.

We both got one emailed the same day as leaving the cruise.

Took a Fjords cruise out of Southampton on Sky Princess.

If you do not get a survey you can go to:

https://book.princess.com/captaincircle/customerCare.page

Scroll down the page and choose from the 'What can we help you with?' menu 'Post Cruise Comments/Questions'.

Then from the 'Please select a Topic' menu choose 'Feedback'.

After doing this a form will appear below the menus in which you can provide your feedback.

I got mine on disembarkation day from the Majestic, which I was on last week.

Received emails on disembarkation day on Discovery (4/3; 4/10) which were valid for 2 weeks.

Took a week to get ours from our cruise on the Grand in April.

Check your Spam folder as it could be there.

Thanks.  Both surveys were in my spam folder!  First time ever that happened.

Our last cruise was in Feb, and still waiting.  Checked spam not there.

Our travelling buddies have not received survey either.  We were on the Emerald.

We had ours via email before we were even out of the terminal in SFO after departing Ruby in April.
