Enchantment out of Baltimore...is this ship janky?

We've been pretty spoiled last few cruises - Allure, Celebrity Apex.

 

Looking for a last minute getaway and we live in Baltimore.  That said...is Enchantment going to be a huge disappointment?  (We are mainly in it for relaxation, food, good cocktails, sun, and maybe a little entertainment too).

 

Thoughts?

It'll only be a disappointment if you let it. I mean that in a non-snarky way. It's not a bells and whistles ship, but it's still a nice ship and you'll have a good time.

We went a few years ago and if I recall, they did a revamp of this ship and added an entire section in the middle. Boleros was really great, it was refreshed enough imo for an old ship.

We've been her a few times (three, I think) since she was "stretched" and enjoyed the extra deck space that the modification gave her.

We have sailed Enchantment a few times.  It was a nice ship but one of the older ones.  We still liked Grandeur out of Baltimore.  The ship is smaller and the crew knows you and remembers you from one cruise to the next.

Think of it this way.  Big ships equal resort experience.  Small ships equal Bed & Breakfast experience.  Both have their place.

I view big ships more of as amusement parks than resorts.  All RC ships are resorts.
