Regatta sailing September 9th LAX to LAX

We have a booking on hold to go on this LAX to LAX cruise.

On roll call there is a comment about Regatta having a number of problems.

Such as water, sewer, not enough help, specialty restaurants closed.

Can someone who recently has been on the ship verify if any of this is true?

This cruise will be the 1st on Oceania. Normally our cruises have been on Regent, but we want to try it,

because Oceania has such great itineraries, and if we like our first cruise aboard, we may do some more.

Hello

I have a hold on this sailing.  With the final payment approaching I’m wondering if someone on this thread might be able to answer a question for me.
I read that smoking is allowed in the port aft corner of Horizon. Is this an enclosed well ventilated space for smoking?  Or will the smoke permeate the room? I am extremely sensitive to smoke……it makes me hack and sneeze horribly. Thank you in advance.

I believe  on the R ships  the smoking room is enclosed  with a door  plus ventilation

I never smelled smoke in the rest of the lounge

You can sit on the starboard side of the lounge  & will not have a problem

LHT28 is correct.   Smoking area is enclosed with good ventilation.   No smells in the Horizon Lounge.
