I can find the details on just what the restrictions are on the drink package or i-fi etc. Can anyone help?

I just contacted my CVP to upgrade to a newly-available cabin on our August 2022 cruise, and he offered a cruise only fare. I was thrilled to find that it was ~$50/day/pp lower than the AI price. We do not drink much and are elite, so the internet is not a real value. All we need is my soda package and tips, and we are set for a big savings. I plan to try to do the same for next year's TA.
