Should Cunard allow large 'Private Group' bookings

From my readings on the various Cunard fb groups these folk brought both additional atmosphere and glamour to the voyage and generated considerable favourable interest.

 

 

But wanting people to be envious seems pretty nasty.

Agreed:  any limitations of access to any advertised facilities to particular groups diminish, to some extent, the experience of non-members of such groups.  In most cases, people can "work around it", but I have been on a couple of cruises which have been significantly impacted --- and had I been given advance notice, I would not have selected those itineraries.   Perhaps the line should notify booked passengers once groups pass a certain size, or once a certain number of facilities have been set aside for X number of hours, so that non-members would have the option to cancel without penalty.
