I think an extra day in Stockholm beats a day in Mariehamm. I wonder what the reason was? Port overbooked with other ships perhaps (Mariehamm is a stop also for the Stockholm-Helsinki ferry lines)? Maybe they could not get excursions put together.

Saw that coming. Stockholm excursions (well two of them) have been listed for Mariehamn for a while now. We are coming in a couple of days early to Stockholm, so I guess we'll be experts. Sigh.

Maybe they should change the name to "Stockholm & Oslo".

Viking says they will now "call" at Stockholm instead of Mariehamn. Aren't they already there?

I would trade an extra day in Stockholm over Mariehamn!

An extra day in Gdansk or "Berlin" would be preferable for me.  Lots you could do with an overnight stay

I'm with you.  I'd much rather have an extra day in Berlin.  Our Homeland cruise is in August.  Be interesting to see what's going on by then!!!
