Carnival seems to have frowned on people trying the contact the Maitre d' through their ships. Perhaps contact John Heald.

Try calling Carnival and asking for Guest Services. There is a group at headquarters that talks to the ships and may be able to forward your request.

Please note that the Maitre D's are not expected to respond to guest emails, assuming it makes it through. Reports have been that outside emails to these addresses are being blocked. If you wish to contact the Maitre D, please contact John Heald on his Facebook page and he will pass the message.

I've always gotten a response, sometimes within a few hours but haven't done it since 2020.
