Set Sail Pass “Apple Wallet” Expired

Ok

So I know a paper copy of set sail pass is a preferred method for some to use.

For some the electronic phone version is also a preferred method.
 

We are fully checked in on the App

Vaccination cards

eDocs

Cruise is in 29 days 

 

When I add passes to Apple Wallet, the passes go directly to expired location.

And are dated July 18 2000 😳

 

Probably a RC IT issue, as in past 4 recent cruises, no issues with this process.

 

Has anyone experienced  this before?

 

I don’t think relative, but ship is Explorer out of Miami

Does the pass show the correct date and info in the app?  If so, just take a screenshot of it and save in your photos.  We have used that method for a couple of cruises, because sometimes the app would not load in the port.

Our teen told us to do this last cruise and it worked great. Slow, patchy, to nonexistent wifi at port. Don't know how they ever process everyone unless they have a relay router right at their stations.  That screen shot was a major time saver for us.

I will print for March 12th cruise 😉

 

BTW. We always have a printed copy with us, just wanted to see if anyone had experienced the back in time bug.

you do not need wifi or cellular to access anything in your apple wallet.

That could be the problem

Did check this, automatic updates on 🟢

 

All other passes into wallet past 4 cruises no issues.

it must be related to this sailing as no wallet or phone settings have been changed.

 

All good

have screen shots and paper copies

 

I guess the bug will remain unsolved
