Princess Shore Excursion Best Price Guarantee

Hi! Haven’t cruised with Princess for a few years but have a upcoming cruise. I just read about the “Shore Excursion Best Price Guarantee” and was wondering if anyone has claimed? Any stories of claims? Curious because we often book our own non ship offered excursions.

It is almost impossible because it has to be an EXACT match any small deviation and all bets are off

I have heard of guests using this and it does have to be exactly the same excursion.  If you have one, go ahead and submit it.

It worked for us on our Mexican Riviera cruise. In Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlan. It was fairly quick. I’m trying this again on our Carnival cruise, but they are taking a lot longer.

Sorry one more question. Has anyone used this on the private vehicle/ driver excursions that Princess offers?

We have filled claim for two different excursions.  One they paid us the difference the other they didn't because it wasn't exactly the same (bus to excursion point.)

 

It was easy and no hassle.

 

It was on a Canada cruise out of New York City.
