Earliest time off the Harmony of the Seas

Just got an email from United changing our perfect 12:30 flights to 10:09 am!  The other options are horrible, super long layovers, getting in super late, etc. 

If we take our luggage off ourselves at first moment they let us off, is it possible to make a 10 am flight at MCO? We have pre-check to help with security.  

Thoughts from those with experience from Port Canaveral?

Just off Harmony this morning.  Earliest walk off with luggage (self assist) was 6:45...give it 15-20 minutes to get through security, walk out to the transport area.   

 

Orlando is 45 minutes away (give it an hour drive), assuming you can get your transport together right away.   Right now the airport is very busy, 2 hour arrival before your flight at a minimum.  

 

Will you make a 10 am flight?...possible... you might just do it.....but I would not count on it.

We experienced the same on Harmony May 1st. We had private transportation waiting for us, self assist at 7:45, at MCO by 9:30 for our 12:20pm flight which was cancelled , delayed, cancelled, delayed, cancelled, delayed (mechanical problems was what started this chain of events off). Finally got to DFW and AA put us up in a hotel for a flight back to LAX the next day. Oh dear...what a nightmare the 6 of us had !!!!
