Short Cruise Drinks Package

We are Celebrity fans but thought we’d give Cunard a try.

Unfortunately they only do drinks packages on 7 nights and longer which isn’t great for us.

Can any of you Cunard buffs shed any light on this please?

We were very excited about our 4 night sampler but it may turn out to be slightly more expensive than we’d planned!

What sort of light ? Cunard have only started offering drinks package relatively recently and not on short cruises. Unless all your days are at sea you will probably spend less paying as you go.

Sorry, should have said any suggestions? Are there any other packages available? I’ve only been able to find Captain and Commodore wine packages which seem to be a tad expensive.

Cunard's drinks package brochure is available [from the US Site FAQ pages] at https://www.cunard.com/content/dam/cunard/marketing-assets/pdf/life-on-board/drinks-packages/a-world-of-drinks-brochure.pdf

That’s what I thought we could get but the packages are not available on shorter voyages but thank you.

You can bring on your own drinks for use in the cabin or pay $25/corkage elsewhere.

Thanks a lot. So I could take a case (6 bottles) on board and pay the corkage?

Why not just buy Cunard's wine, and save hassle and clanking? They have lots of wines to choose from - see the list at the top of the page - and their house wines are cheaper than they were at the nice hotel I stayed in in Devon the other week.
