Received my invoice and checked online account but don't see Princess Plus noted anywhere. Navigator said it was included, should it be noted or do I need to call that busy casino telephone number again to verify? Please tell me where would it normally be notated, so I can look there? Tyvm.

Did you check your cruise personalizer?   Then Travel Summary?   It should be itemized there near the bottom.

Using the Personalizer, look for where it offers the Plus package items (beverage package, tips, Internet). Clicking on each item should say you already have it.

For example:

and when "Select" is pressed:

Yes - in cruise personalizer, go to Onboard Services, and scroll to the bottom of the page.  It should show up under “Communications” as Plus beverage package.

I don’t see mine in the Travel Summary, but always see it in Onboard Services.

Also, if you go some of the Onboard Activities categories (Beverage Packages, Onboard Credits), all of your credits and paid packages will show up at the bottom of those pages as well.

I verbally verified princess plus with him multiple times during our phone conversations, but it is not listed anywhere on my booking that I can find. I fear he lied to me to get the casino booking. Does that happen? If so, can they find the phone recording and fix this? Calling back when casino office opens.

If your offer indicated that these perks were included, then any phone representative should be able to fix this for you.  Here's what you should see on the Travel Summary by the way (free play should be whatever the offer included):

If he intentionally misled me in order to get a commissioned booking for himself, is the $200 nonrefundable deposit still nonrefundable? I know I verbally verified this with him and I'm not a fan of conflict or being misled.

Did you speak with the casino department or Ocean Navigator department ?  The Ocean Navigstors only deal with the app. Only casino can get you all your perks

I booked directly with representative of casino department. Thank you everyone for your replies. I have a message in to the supervisor and hopefully he can work it all out. Maybe I'm just being a bit nervous/overthinking and all will be fine. (Thought everything would be clearly listed, but then I did book on a Saturday two days ago...hm...)

It’s almost never listed unless as mentioned earlier you ask for a full breakdown.

If it was attached  to the offer code you received it.

A quick way to ease your nerves is to look on the App  under that booking number and choose MedallionNet

if your Princess plus has been applied you should see a note  “Not Started” If it hasn’t been applied you will see an offer to purchase.

Hope That Helps

I always verify my casino offer perks by logging in on Princess website, going to "My Account", pulling up "Upcoming Cruises"...click on "Summary", scroll down to "Plan Your Voyage", click on "Beverage Packages"...scroll down...any perks (wi-fi, beverage package, paid gratuities, etc.) are listed towards bottom of page.

Email or call the casino department and ask that they forward you a “special services gifts” summary for your casino comped booking.

I contacted casino dept again and the reason for not listing Princess Plus on original documents was "human error", which I accept. Things happen, people get rushed. All is well and I look forward to my Princess cruise. Thank you all for your replies. Whoopee!!! I've booked a cruise!!!
