Refund from unused OBC

We disembarked Aug 5 and are still waiting for refundable orc for $313.24! I'm on hold now to speak with them. I've emailed but no reply other than auto no-reply email.

We disembarked the Island Princess on August 28, our refund was issued Sept 23, and we got it today. Full amount of refundable OBC $824.50

We disembarked 21 May and I received the refund last week. This was after making an online enquiry, for which I received the generic email acknowledging my enquiry. Nothing for a further two weeks so then I used on line chat. I doubt if I would have received it had I not followed this up. Terrible service.
