Adding reservation to RCI dashboard

In the good old days (!), there was a button on your account page to add a reservation to your account if it didn't show up. Just tried to do this again, and though it says 'Link a missing cruise', once you put the number in, it links that reservation to a previous one (as if two or more groups were going on the same cruise). Anyone know how I can get this new seperate cruise to show up, or have I got to have the joy of hanging on the phone to RCI?!!

Log out and log back in. Also, does it show up properly in the app?

Yeah, they're not the quickest at updating information.  Wait a bit or as Biker says, log out and back in again.  I was on hold for about 45 minutes the other day.  Finally hung up 🥺☎️📞

Phoned the TA and they sorted it...all OK now. Thanks for the comments.
