Drink package tallied by Price or Time?

If you go over the 15 drink limit with the signature drink package, do they count the 15 most expensive (or even least expensive) drinks or do you start paying with drink number 16?

Agree. You think they will go back and grab the most, or least expensive drink? No. Drink #16 is not free.
