I should have said Windows 10, Edge. I have often thought to delete a specific cookie or two, but not been able to find a list/ So I delete all.

If you are using FireFox go to Preferences.

Select "Privacy and Security" and scroll down to “Cookies and Site Data” and click on the “Manage Data…” button. Then search for the website, for example princess.com

(A short cut in FireFox to "Privacy and Security" is to put 'about:preferences#privacy' in the URI bar).

 

With Safari - Preferences then select Privacy, and click on the “Manage Website Data…”

 

(Note that Preferences might be Options on some operating systems).

I had been unable to get into my cruise personalizer or log in.  After seeing advice to delete cookies, I just switched my browser to an incognito window.  Worked like a charm after that - no trouble accessing anything!
