Should be okay - it's a long walk on the pier and then a 10+ minute cab ride to the park.

Which pier dows NCL dock at?

I know RCL has there own at International Pier and Carnival is next door at Puerta Maya Pier with their own.

Generally Punta Langosta but can fill in at other piers or even tender if there is a heavy load. Not sure cruising is back at that level.

I think there is 8 ships in Cozumel the day we are there this December.

4 in Costa Maya, dreading that day.

We've been there many times and have docked (mostly) at Punta Langosta but have docked at International before AND also had to tender at Punta Langosta. Cozumel is equipped to handle a big load of cruise passengers so you should be ok. 

 

We just vacationed there last year and they were working on building another dock (of course the locals don't want that so not sure if it is still happening).
