Turn 18 during cruise - teen club?

What is the protocol for a teen who turns 18 a few days into the cruise?  Are they permitted in the teen club to start?  The whole week?  Not at all?  It’s possible she won’t be interested, but wanted to know before we decide to book.

They can go the whole week, no problem.

Age at time of departure. 

 

That being said, you could try and go to guest services on your teen's 18th birthday and sign an alcohol waiver and have a proper (legal) cup of beer or glass of wine for their birthday.

While I don't know for sure on NCL, in most cases the second the teen turns 18 they are no longer allowed in the teen club. Insurance liability rules.
