Interested in what sort of amenities/entertainment they would have in this cruise on eurodam in october. Can you eat in the dining room. Would they have lincoln centre stage? Can someone whose been on a cruise like this previously speak to this?

Years ago we took a 1-nighter, treating it as a nice evening out and added extra time in Vancouver.  On that cruise everything was as it is on longer cruises (it is part of a longer cruise anyway).

Depends. It can't be part of a longer cruise if it goes, for example, Seattle to San Diego. But if you go Seattle to Ft Lauderdale,  through the Canal, with a stop in Colombia or the ABC Islands, you can do it.

It seems to show they include lincoln centre stage and bbc earth etc. so it may depend how much you can cram in. I’m not sure its worth it for one night.

For us it isn't worth it, even though we live so close to both ports.  Once was enough.  We still like Pacific Coastals, but only if they're at least 4 days minimum.  We have a 5-day Vancouver-Vancouver booked for next spring.  They're nice as fillers between long cruises. 😉

I live in Victoria and have done many 1 day cruises Vancouver to Seattle and Seattle to Vancouver.  In throughly enjoyed them.  Yes, it can sometimes be a bit of a hassle getting on and off….but where can you get lunch, dinner and breakfast plus entertainment for less than $100 per person.

Thanks. I think i have a hankering for a cruise, but don’t want to spend on a longer one right now. I have a cruise scheduled for next june. I’ll think about it. I paid for an expensive vancouver symphony orchestra performance in september so maybe that will satisfy my need for some classical music. Just thinking out loud.
