How to Identify Drinks on US?

Ok, so question about drinks on us while in the Casino.  I received this offer a few times over the last 3 months and have booked a few cruises this year and next.  I have lost sight of which booking codes I have on what (ya I know terrible problem to have lol!)

 

How can I know when I sail if I get the free drinks while in the Casino?  Is it designated somehow on my sail and sign or some other way?  I don't see it outlined anywhere in my actual booking.  This is the first time I have had these offers so not sure how this works.

If I don’t write down my offer with my booking info, I don’t know either, lol. If I don’t know after I get on board, after the casino opens, go to the host. They will check their list to see if you’re on it.  Seems like it would be a simple thing to show what offer you booked under on your cruise manager, but they don’t.  You can also call Carnival.

It's not going to show in your cruise manager or anywhere since it's strictly a Casino comp. You have to reach out to either the casino department (google Ocean Players Club to find their website) or call your PVP/TA/Carnival and ask them.

Casino host once onboard will be able to confirm.

If you want to know before you cruise shoot an email to Casino Dept or call.

You can call carnival and the regular customer service agents can tell you. You don’t have to speak directly to the casino department unless making changes to it.

I always send a message using the Contact Us form on the casino club's website.  Note that this is for all the CCL lines.  I usually use the Other Questions option and fill in the info asking them to confirm what perks I may be receiving.

I do try to remember to note the offer code when I book and what's included, but I sometimes forget.  But even when I've done that, I always contact them before sailing and then print that email response to take with me because I know the one time I don't have that, I'll show up and they'll claim I'm not getting any perks.
