Question medical documents

We uploaded our vaccination documentation about 5 weeks ago. The app says " approval still pending". How long should it take before you get the approval, and is there a special email or # to call with Medallion questions?

Ditto. Seems to be a common problem. Princess is advising us not to worry about it, just take your documents to the pier.

Nobody is looking at what you uploaded in order to approve it.

 

There used to be a number for app questions, but it has been discontinued.  There is a special e-mail address (goes to Carnival, not Princess) for questions, but I do not know what it is.

 

Best bet is to call the regular Princess number and hope the rep knows enough to give you a correct answer to your question.

Same happened to us in the UK for cruises in April and June. 

Both times took paper copies to the port for check-in. No problem at all.

Wonder if the app may only 'approve' after all portions of the Health section are complete:

Vaccination, negative test, health questionnaire 24 hrs before boarding.  My guess.

The cruise line will ask to see your vax card at the port; if it uploads that's fine; but if it doesn't do not worry as you will be asked to produce it at the port.

It doesn’t change.  It may eventually be an implemented feature of the App.

Some have seen it change once you

check in at the port.  I checked with the IT dept a few months ago and they said it’s not fully activated yet. Lol

 

Just take all your docs to show at the port

It will say pending until the point that you check in at the terminal...and maybe even after that point but if I remember correctly (not sure) once you check in at the pier/terminal you cannot see that info in the app any longer.  You now see "shipboard" content in the app.  So...don't let it bug you.
