Casino Royale "Prime" Internet Discount

Somewhere I remember a poster stating that it's 30% off an internet plan.  Can the discount be used in the cruise planner or on board only.  Also, if on board only, can it be combined with the D+ discount of 2 days.

For prime members it is 30% off (unless they changed in last couple of weeks).

If diamond use your free 24 hrs for day one, then purchase at onboard price, go to voom desk and they can then apply the 30% casino discount.

Doing this way is usually cheaper buying 6 days vs. buying 7 days at cruise planner price.

According to my Crown & Anchor newsletter from my Loyalty Ambassador on my last cruise this past May, it states that "As a Diamond member, you are entitled to "One free day of Surf Internet for 1 device or $25.99 off any Internet Package."

Can you please explain to me what a "Prime Member" is? I have not heard of this before.

Thank You,

Nancy

Thank You Biker 19.

How do you go about becoming a Casino member?

You do not have to gamble a lot to become a member.  However, to reach the lowest tier level which is "Prime" one needs to earn 2,500 points in a given year.  The year runs from April 1 to March 31.

Lowest level Casino status.

Lowest level 😳

Lowest level is CHOICE

Prime is where you actually get free stuff

Prime:

Free drinks in Casino

30% off internet

Annual free cruise

Discounts on other cruises

You need 2500 points to get to PRIME

You need 1 point to become CHOICE

2500 equates to $12,500 at 1 point for every $5 spent

1 point for $10 on video poker

(Playthrough)

You are NOT going to get to PRIME betting less than $1000 for a week

Unless you find a really really good slot machine that you can stay on for hours and hours

Been doing it for 21 years in Casino Royale and it won’t cost you $12,500 but isn’t going to be for the $100 a day player 😎

Granted the program has changed many times in that period.

CHOICE cost you a $1 to be a member

Every 400 points gets you $100 off a cruise

1200 gets you an Interior Free  (except PF&T)

So on and so on

YMMV when you are in the Casino Biker 😉

Happy Days!

And YES

Use your D or D+ for Day 1 (Day2)

Then make an Internet purchase

at VOOM desk, that is where the 30% is applied immediately.

Did this, this week and it sure does save you the biggest chunk of change.

(Thanks ZAK, RC IT)

Also they did run a covid special for a short period of time where you could make PRIME for less points

From recollection you only needed 1600

So I’m sure there are a few who benefited from spending less to acquire PRIME status.

DW and I have both surpassed 2500 for this year so we will continue to be PRIME until March 31st 2024.

We get one player above 2500 and then exclusively use the other persons card to get above 2500.

Then we work in increments of 400

Now working on our daughters who also has surpassed 2500.

You can also get a duplicate card 😉

A bit of minutia, it was 1,500 points and made me Prime.

Thank you for clarifying 👍🏻
I was unsure

Enjoy the perks!

If you need any info regarding the free Prime cruise and all the unpublished ways you can get great cabins and ways of combining offers.
The below casino thread is vey useful 😎

I keep getting fantastic offers from Casino Royals  International desk. One was a 14 night from Southampton.  However, not serviced by the US desk.
Went to my account and saw an offer for a trade in of $500.

Called the US desk and asked what can I get for the offer. I said can I use it for a February 4 sail on the Anthem.  I asked that I want an upgrade to balcony cabin

He came back after about 10 minutes and told me it will cost me an additional $5. 😀. So I’m getting an 8 niter balcony cabin leaving from my backyard for about $227.

Very nice indeed👍🏻

We typically combine two offers and get a JS or something better if available

for the PF&T we throw in Pre-paid Grats as well and if all in all comes in at less than $50pppn it’s a winner in my book 😎

Moat people think the FREE is 💯, but a little payment helps the points

Well

$49.98 from my calculations was all that I paid out of pocket for the complete voyage.

Still not cheap, but with 2 free days and $17.99 off (30%)

better than paying $124.95

So technically saved $74.97

YMMV

and I am sure other ships have other offers and other prices

Onboard

Surf was $24.99 Actually $25.99😳

Surf and Stream was $32.99

CRAZY CRAZY PRICES 💰

I've got an Allure sail on Sept. 3rd coming up and in the planner it's $18.99 and $23.99 respectively.

The on-board pricing, based on the cruise planner, is $21.99 and $26.99 respectively for Surf & Surf & Stream.

Same on my Easter Anthem sail.

What ship is charging the $32.99.  It seems out of whack.

Mariner Surf n Stream $32.99 per day

And the Internet was poor to rub salt in the wound.

I only got Surf, but daughter wanted Surf n Stream, she said it was ok

And it seems each ship can decide it’s own prices (onboard) as we can see from yours and ours pricing.

Here was a screen shot I took of Surf price $25.99 per day

It seems from the screenshot, these prices quoted are for only a single day and not to an internet plan package.  I was quoting a plan pricing per day.
