trivimp Posted August 5, 2022 #26 Share Posted August 5, 2022 Love the one on the left just a tiny bit more. But you should really keep them both.
schmoopie17 Posted August 5, 2022 #27 Share Posted August 5, 2022 I like the one on the right. Reminds me of rainbow sherbet. (NOTE: I said "sherbet"...one of my pet peeves is when people say "sherbert"...there is only one R in sherbet.and it's between the E and the B). I feel better now...
Rare cruisequeen4ever Posted August 7, 2022 #28 Share Posted August 7, 2022 They’re totally different, both adorable, and will be great for cruisewear! Keep ‘em both!
Cruisercl Posted August 7, 2022 #29 Share Posted August 7, 2022 (edited) IMO, you should keep both. Does your husband normally have a strong voice on your wardrobe and what you wear? They are both very beautiful and very appropriate cruise wear. When I find a style of something I like and fits well I often will buy a couple of them in different colors/patterns. I think this is pretty common with women as clothes don't fit or look the same from designer to designer. All women know what I mean. Keep both and have a great time on your cruise. You will look fabulous! Safe sailing! I forgot to ask, is your husband color blind? It is more prevalent in males. My brother is color blind so that came to mind too. thespiritmovesme Posted August 7, 2022 #30 Share Posted August 7, 2022 Entirely different but suitable for mix & match. They look like they would travel well. I have a dress that is actually reversible so it works great on a cruise. 2 for the price of one & on a long cruise, 4 for the price of 1.

Some of us men use the exact same strategy. Why stop at "a couple?" 🤣😎
J&Bsail Posted August 8, 2022 #32 Share Posted August 8, 2022 Wear the one on the right and visit the Art Gallery --look for Ltzchak Tarkay paintings. 🙂
Yesimapirate Posted August 8, 2022 #33 Share Posted August 8, 2022 If it was my wife, I'd say return them.... to the 70s. But since you're not my wife, do what makes you happy.

So much more behind your husbands comment it would be fascinating to explore but not on this thread. The swirly one is the most flexible as many more plain pieces in either white or one of the colors will work well with it. The other one is way too busy and limited in scope and this advice is from a male that certainly can see that they are not exactly alike.

My ex-huz was profoundly colorblind, we often had some funny conversations along the lines of "those two things are the same" "No, they're completely different" 🤣
