What is current cost of beer or mixed drinks onboard?

No, you can bring on a "reasonable amount" of wine. You have to pay corkage, $20/ bottle.

 

Beers run in the $5-7 range, mixed drinks (unless you desire top shelf alcohol) run in the $6-10 range.

As Bruce said, you can bring on one or more bottles of wine at embarcation. The "free" bottle per person is gone, but OTOH you no longer are forced to drink what you bring on in your cabin.
