Navigator suite lounge questions?

What time does the lounge open, and do they have latte’s?  Do they have bottled/canned water you can leave with?  What time is the happy hour?

Lounge is open 24/7 for your lattes.

 

Bottled water would only be available during the 5-8pm happy hour

While the lounge will be open 24/7, the same may not be true of the functionality of the coffee machine in there.

I don’t recall anyone ever reporting that being done.

Thanks. Just to clarify I wasn't referring to food from room service but was thinking coffee if the coffee machine in the lounge was not working.

I doubt that room service delivery personnel have card access to the lounge.  Furthermore room service doesn't deliver around the ship.  You can't order service delivered to the "solarium port side" or "promenade deck 4 port side".  Room service delivers to your room.  

 

For that you need to sail Princess although in my experience Princess ignores your medallion location and always delivers to your cabin despite their promise to find you by your medallion.

While just about anything is possible, room service is meant to be delivered to your cabin.

It was 24/7 last month, pending of course any "unscheduled maintenance" of the machine.
