Using WhatsApp vis shipboard wifi

It does generally, needs premium wifi package.

The texting functions should work with the basic wifi package.

I've used it with premium and usually works ok.  Haven't on this cruise yet.   I've also use Facetime and works flawless if on Basic you should be able to use voice only fine.  I've also used Google Voice.
