Sorry if this has been answered before.

We’re on a 4nt cruise from Miami in November on the Conquest ( no test required ) then we arrived back in Miami for a day then take an 8nt cruise on the Horizon ( test required) do Carnival offer a free test on the Conquest to cover the next cruise ?

I honestly don't think Carnival has thought that far ahead nor for that kind of complication.

What was the protocol when everyone got tested for any cruise length for B2Bs?  I can't remember 100%.  I think Carnival tested you while on board.

Right now it says:

Guests traveling on back-to-back cruises 16 days or more will be tested between voyages.

But that doesn't apply in this case.

In your case, hope that Carnival drops all testing requirements regardless of cruise length as the other lines have started to do (at least for vaxxed).

Let us know. I've been reluctant to tack on a carnival cruise with 1 day between that requires testing. I'm waiting for no testing required to book more. Following.

This is what happened when we had a similar situation last year. We did a B2B on the Miracle,  got off on a Friday,  then boarded the Panorama on Saturday. We were tested on our last day on the Miracle, and presented those results when boarding the Panorama the next day. We just notified the Medical Center on the Miracle that we were doing a side to side with the Panorama and they scheduled us for testing at no charge.

Thanks everyone.

after much searching on Carnival website

I am booked on back-to-back cruises. Will I be tested in between voyages?

Irrespective of vaccination status, all guests will be tested on board, between voyages, if the subsequent cruise is more than 16 days.

Back-to-back guests traveling on another Carnival Cruise Line ship within one day of disembarking their first voyage should inform onboard Guest Services in advance so they can receive the required pre-travel COVID-19 test before they disembark (if the next sailing requires a test, based on cruise length and destination requirements). Guests must present their negative test results upon arrival at the cruise terminal for their next voyage.

Back-to-back guests traveling on another Carnival Cruise Line ship within 2-7 days of when they disembark their first voyage should present proof of their previous cruise to the health screening staff at check-in so they can receive the required pre-travel COVID-19 test at the cruise terminal (if the next sailing requires a test, based on cruise length and destination requirements).

The test will be offered on a complimentary basis for both vaccinated and unvaccinated guests.”

hopefully all testing will end

Same experience as Jamman (hi, y’all!). Done this a couple times in the last year. In fact, getting ready to do it again, next week. We go from a 5 day Ecstasy, overnight in NOLA, then board Glory for a b2b. Should be tested last sea day on Ecstasy. Letter given to take to Glory. The first leg is going to KW and Bahamas.

We have b2b (same ship, Magic out of Norfolk), second half is Bermuda.  Based on Bermuda requirement (ship takes 4 or more days from embarkation, requiring another negative test 2 days prior to Bermuda arrival).... technically takes the ship less that the 4 days from leaving port in Norfolk, but our embark would be 8 days prior the ship leaving Norfolk for Bermuda (10 days prior to Bermuda arrival).  Great information in this thread (thanks all), but can't seem to find same ship back to back with additional testing requirement for second destination (above talks switching ships). Anyone done this? Does Carnival provide the COVID test about complimentary like is sounds like they do for B2B switching ships?

You will be tested on the last day of your first cruise.
