julmops Posted August 15, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2022 Hi all, as champagne, foie gras and caviar seem to be the norm onboard, I was wondering what would be served on New Years Eve dinner for example … many thanks !

It all depends on where you are sailing. For instance in the Caribbean you may find and endless supply of fresh shellfish, Jamaican Rice and Peas which contain absolutely no peas as is tradition, Jerked Chicken, Roasted Suckling Pig, Cabrito, Pepperpot, Arroz con Dulce, Turrón, and Coquito.
