We cancelled a cruise a few weeks ago with a nonrefundable deposit of $900. When we booked another cruise shortly after that thru a Celebrity rep, she said we should receive $700 in FCC. How long does it take to receive that? Does Celebrity email or snail mail you the info so we can apply it towards our new cruise?

It will be emailed to you.  Reports vary but it's not quick.   If your final payment is in the next 30 days you should get them to escalate it.  I've heard them negotiating delayed final payment if you are waiting for FCC.

Last month, when we cancelled a cruise also with a $900 NRD, my Celebrity Vacation Planner said the $700 FCC would be emailed to me in four weeks. We’re approaching that now and I haven’t received it yet.

Update to my comment above posted less than an hour ago.  I just received the email from Celebrity with our FCCs. Tomorrow would have been four weeks.  ☺️
