Upgrade to Sky Suite All Included Code help needed

Background: Got a comped casino deal for a free balcony on the Solstice( NO All Included)…We paid to upgrade to a Sky Suite and Finally got it sorted out 😜🍹🍹

 

It now includes “All Included” but on my invoice it only shows it for guests 1 and 2 🤔…..Is the third guest on their own? ( I don’t want to call and be on hold for hours again 🙈)…..All the original rep said was you get AL and I didn’t go over it w them as well as I should of 🙈

 

And does anyone know what these codes mean on the AL?   I don’t see any OBC or Grats mentioned 🤔

 

Also in a description of the Sky Suite I read online it states 1 specialty restaurant is included….Is that still happening or is it a old description? ( see pic for description) 

 

Can’t wait for the Suite Life

Update: waited on hold for a hour and spoke to a casino rep 

 

They stated we do have All Included and it’ll include premium drinks, Wi-Fi, gratuities and OBC…..none of that really shows on my invoice like I’ve seen other codes state 

 

She said I’ll see the OBC on my sailing a few weeks before the cruise 🤔

 

Didn’t sound to confident in her answers

 

And wish it stated in detail what alls included

To answer the 2 part of your question Sky Suites do not get a included dinner in a specialty restaurant.  You must have unearthed a old description.  When Luminae was introduced Sky Suites we’re not able to dine there and the 1 dinner in a specialty was to give them something extra.

Now that all suites can dine in Luminae no free specialty for SSs

Well at least you got the sky suite upgrade. They told me it wasn't allowed so I ended up paying full to book a sky suite. I really wish the reps they hire are consistent and consistently know the rules. I usually use my own travel agent who knows what the rules are - but for the comp deal I was forced to use their rep and wait an hour on the phone for the pleasure to get misinformation and essentially nothing.
