top sheet??

Are the beds made with a top sheet? If not, will the steward put one on?  thanks

I always ask for a top sheet first thing. Never had any issue having this and extra pillows.

Yes.  My wife only sleeps with the sheet so she always checks when we go into the room (hotel or ship).  They will always provide extra sheets, blankets, or pillows too if you want additional.

Thanks I didn't know if they used them as SOP or if we had to ask..we will ask for the top sheet and extra pillows

My hubby is a way-too-hot sleeper, so he always asks for a blanket instead of the duvet. We've always had a top sheet.

When they first started using the "new" duvets, there was no top sheet. Apparently so many people asked for one or complained, they now put them on the bed without being asked.

We've also asked for a top sheet and a blanket when meeting our steward on the first day.  The duvet is always too heavy, and the steward usually just puts in under the bed for the duration of the cruise.  Extra feather pillows have also been provided upon request.

That would be great, will check and he/she can just leave the duvet under the bed.

The only time we would want a duvet might be in Alaska & the heat wasn't working. 😉

On my last cruise I used the duvet as extra padding on the bed and used one of the sheets as my blanket.
