Yep, that's where I went.  I figure when I'm within 30 days, I can try again.  Little hope.

Ask others in the Roll Call thread for your sailing if they received offers.

One other thing to try if the booking has two different last names - try the other one. Also, ensure you opt in on the communication page of your profile.

My sailing is 18 days out, so I just have to keep watching my email as to whether or not they've accepted my bid.

Biker- Thank you.  Nope. Same last name. Emails do come from Royal no problem.  Guess luck of the draw.  What the heck. i'll be on a ship. I'll survie. 🙂

This past year we've received the email around final payment (b2b last Nov, b2b in April and a cruise in July) but for our upcoming Jewel Nov b2b, nothing so far.  Not that I plan to bid as we want to keep the same cabin for both legs,   I just checked and neither are sold out.  Our roll calls are really small for some reason so the topic hasn't come up yet.

I got my email today at 73 days out. I'm debating how badly I want to potentially try star class vs the long walk from the elevator. I'm in an OS now.
