8-25-22 August last weigh in

Good morning everyone.   The heat wave has finally broken.   I’ve had over 6 inch’s of rain in ast week.  Yards are green yay.  
 

Weight is1 lb under lo end of range.  I’m being very good.  My thought process is to see how lo I can get (and still be healthy) before Sept 12 when I have the vertical skin folds removed from abdomen to get best results.   Just can’t even bring sweets into house - I can’t just have one piece - when I’m desperate I may stop at store and buy just one candy  to quell the urge once a week.

 

I trust it’s quiet because everyone is cruising.  Everyone be safe and enjoy life.

I'm not cruising! My weigh day is on Monday and when I weighed I lost 5 lbs. I'm aiming for 3 this week which may not be possible but I'll have a go.

Hello all!

Back on dry land for a few weeks.  Damage done was up 2.2 pounds on last round of cruises.  I'll take it!  Now back to getting it off before the next round.  We again have the grandson (16 months) so that will help.  Belle must be cruising. Hope she is doing better in the casino than I did.  Gotta go... baby boy is in to everything this morning!

Ginger welcome  amazing loss. Is the beginning journey?  The first few months I was dieting I lost about 7 lbs.  quickly I found  out 5 lbs was a realistic monthly goal.  Then 3 lbs.   For me setting small goals kept me motivated — first goals were to get under 200lbs the progressed in10 lb increments.   

 

Susan glad to hear from you  2lbs not bad- how long were you gone this time?
