If we are in the family suite on the Star (category SP), can we eat breakfast and lunch in a specialty restaurant?

YES - Family Suites can have Breakfast and Lunch at Moderno (next to Cagney's deck 13)

You eat at a restaurant table in the Suites Restaurant. The menu is a suites menu that has nothing to do with dinner service in that restaurant. Fixed menu every day.

We were in a Suite on the Star last month.  Breakfast was in Moderno's, lunch in Cagney's.
