Just as an aside, it doesn't look like Cunard is planning a "3 Queens" meeting in Southampton in January 2025 as they had been planning for QA, QV and QM2 in January 2024 before Queen Anne's deployment was delayed.

I'm seeing the two ships that are doing 2025 world voyages (QA and QV) together in Southampton for the start of their world voyages on January 9th, but as we know QM2 will be in Southampton on January 11th. Does that agree with what you are seeing @SummmerInKefalonia?

Yep.

Since we've listed a summary of the QA 2025 world cruise, I'll do the same for the QV 2025 world cruise (South America Circumnavigation). Here's what I'm seeing.

QV 2025 South America Circumnavigation

January 9-March 28, 2025: Southampton, Praia da Vitoria, Port Canaveral, Fort Lauderdale, Grand Turk, Bridgetown, Fortaleza, Salvador, Buzios, Rio de Janeiro, Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Puerto Madryn, Ushuaia, Cape Horn, Punta Arenas, Amalia Glacier, PIO X Glacier, Puerto Montt, San Antonio, Coquimbo, Arica, Callao, Manta, Panama Canal, Oranjestad, Nassau, Fort Lauderdale, Port Canaveral, Bermuda, Ponta Delgada, Southampton

I'm also seeing segments from/to Hamburg before and after that itinerary.

January 4-9, 2025: Hamburg, Amsterdam/Rotterdam, Zeebrugge, Southampton

March 28-30, 2025: Southampton, Hamburg

Is anyone finding, anywhere, any mention of what QE will be doing in 2025?

I'm hoping she'll be doing some interesting itineraries in Japan which would be her usual haunt in April/May.

Also, I've wondered why Cunard are being so strangely slow at releasing the latter part of 2024 for her.

QV will be in Sydney overnight 27-28 Feb, 2025.

QE will be in and out of Melbourne and Sydney over October, 2024 - February, 2025 - only two visits to Melbourne during that time and about a dozen to Sydney. These dates are according to the port schedules for these two cities.

Those are the only dates for our 2024-2025 season which is October, 2024 to March 2025.

Conflicting info about QV in early 2025.

Those dates I posted are from the Port of Sydney website showing bookings by the cruise line for years ahead. The entries are very specific and have QV moving from one mooring to another over the two consecutive days. I assume they sometimes hedge their bets and make a booking which they later cancel, although it would make sense for the ports to charge a decent fee for holding the space for them.

P.S. Just had a glance at the 2025 thread and it could be the mystery has been solved. The dates that QV is 'booked' for Sydney as per the on-line Port schedule are the same dates that QA is said to be going there as part of her WC. I would assume the QV booking was just a placeholder for QA.

Do you have QV's 4 January 2025 5-night itinerary from Hamburg to Southampton doing an overnight in Amsterdam (as in these late 2024 itineraries)? The QV itinerary I found for 4 January 2025 lists 6 Jan 2025 as "Amsterdam" and then lists 7 Jan 2025 as "Amsterdam (tours from Rotterdam)". That's why I listed 7 Jan 2025 as "Rotterdam" for QV on the 2025 thread but I have my doubts about that.

There are some interesting finds on those QE itineraries, @SummmerInKefalonia.

Cunard continues to lengthen QE's Alaska season. Here's what I've calculated for the length of each of QE's Alaska seasons so far:

2019: 46 days from May 15 (Kodiak) to June 30 (Vancovuer)

2022: 46 days from June 4 (Vancouver) to July 21 (Vancouver)

2023: 75 days from June 3 (Seward) to 17 August (Vancouver)

2024: 108 days from June 3 (Kodiak) to September 19 (Vancouver)

I see some maiden calls on these itineraries, not just for QE but for Cunard as a whole as far as I can tell:

Misty Fjords, Alaska

Broome, Western Australia

Geraldton, Western Australia

Dusky Sound, Fiordland, New Zealand

Great Oyster Bay & Freycinet Peninsula, Tasmania

I'm not sure what's up with the overnight call to Willis Island, Queensland scheduled for November 23-24, 2024. That's just listed as a cruise-by call for January 29, 2024 on the previously published itineraries.

Understood. Still a bit puzzled about an overnight scheduled for Willis Island. Is that correct? I suppose there's a lot to see in the area and they could anchor off Willis Island for the night.

Many smaller ships anchor in the barrier reef to offer diving and snorkeling.  Perhaps Cunard will permit QE passengers to jump overboard from the deck 3 promenade for a swim?  😄

More seriously, Willis Island is a long ways offshore from the barrier reef.  Over 400km or so.  The island is uninhabited except by some environmental caretakers, and rather small at only 8 hectares.  There wouldn't be much there for an overnight QE stay.

You may not have this information as it's quite specific but can you see where the ship will be from 29th - 31th October?

I'd appreciate the information so I can plan if this cruise might be possible for me.

If you follow the date I have given you 18 October 2024 and you start counting from Sydney which is the homeport you can easily figure it out.

Anyways 29/10 Benoa, 30-31/10 2 Days At Sea.
