DSJ28 Posted September 10, 2022 #5 Share Posted September 10, 2022 Are these restaurants considered specialty? I can't seem to reserve them online. Are we only able to reserve once we get on the ship - or - are no reservations needed?

If you have anytime dining you will be able to make reservations once onboard on the hub app. Set dining times have to wait until 7:45 to try and eat at these optional spots.
Knights on the Beach Posted September 11, 2022 #7 Share Posted September 11, 2022 You check in on the app for Chibang and Cucina when you're ready to eat there, you don't make reservations in advance. You'll get a notification in the app when your table is ready. For Pig & Anchor, you just go to the hostess stand and you'll be seated if there's an open table, or they'll put you on a wait list.

It is a nominal charge and the food is delicious! Reservations are not required. Also have them go to Big Chicken on Lido. love their chicken sandwiches! Hope they have a great cruise!

TBH they are default dining room extensions for dinner service since the two main dining rooms cannot handle the capacity of a full ship without utilizing the tables at Chibang and Cucina. That is why you won't see cover charges in these restaurants on Excel-Class ships. Celebration and Jubilee hold even more passengers than the Mardi Gras!

Yep, and for YTD passengers, their ship cards actually include Chibang! and the Cucina printed along with their MDR location.
