Victoria BC Dining

Looking for dining recommendations for Victoria. Coming into port at 7pm, looking for fun place with great food and atmosphere within walking distance (hopefully) of pier.  Thanks!

Fairmont Empress Victoria has a great restaurant. Excellent food & service & atmosphere. Near pier.

They often have live music as well.  On a small street in the downtown area.

Unique experience.

Irish Times pub at 1200 Government St. Great Irish food and live Irish music most nights. The waitresses are dressed in traditional Irish dresses. Great atmosphere.

Bard & Banker have seriously upped their food game in recent years - another frequent live music venue too.

I would also say the Bard & Banker and Irish Times are good choices.

 

Personally I would go with 10 Acers Common.

They operate on the "farm to fork" philosophy.  So the food is good.  The Commons part of the establishment is more Lively the Bistro part quieter.  

 

The Fairmount has excellent food.  Not as lively as the other locations.

I agree Pagliaccis is a great place but very busy. Irish Times and Bard and Banker are pubs on Government St. I would go to Pags for dinner and get a beer at the pub after dinner.
